93_Bassblog 07: FreeBassing in Nashville – An Intensive Gig Schedule

The Anna Ross Project played at the Bongo After Hours Theater on Saturday, March 22nd. It was an awesome show. Strat5, the Healthways corporate band, of which I’m a founder, performer, and co-manager, will be playing the Country Music Marathon on April 26th. That’s will come hot off the heels of our performances at World Health Care Congress in Washington, D.C. on April 21st and 22nd. Friday we got our official Strat5 website up and running on Sonicbids – specifically for the purpose of entering, for the second year in a row, the Fortune Battle of the Corporate Bands (I’ll talk more about Strat5 in a future post). Sunday I played at the Rehoboth United Methodist Church in Gallatin (for the second week in a row), covering for the vacationing Tommy Williams (see what I wrote about the night my friend Tommy “popped the question”).

My gurus tell me that there are too many weblinks in that previous paragraph. That coincides with exactly how I’m feeling… so much has happened in the past couple of weeks, that I’m a little distracted about who I am each day!

I’ll write more this weekend. Tonight is setup, and tomorrow is performance, for TARP at the Show Your Soul event at the Lighthouse in Hendersonville (no links – see the previous posts for more information!). Hope to see you there!

Be free,
Jeff
